dream cakes has been one of Portland’s most celebrated custom wedding cake companies since 1994. back then, our small bakery was owned & operated solely by Judy Reese for 20 years, she retired in 2014. Upon replacing Judy, I trained with her for over a year, learning every recipe and technique Judy had to offer. I envision that dream cakes will serve the Pacific Northwest for many generations and weddings to come. that said, I'm not only an experienced baker but a passionate one. I know cake makes people happy, I love passing that sweet joy to you by treating you with respect & kindness & making the cake portion of your wedding plans a piece of cake (pun 100% intended).

I'll answer your questions, clear up any misconceptions, & ease any of your concerns.
